French actress Alice Belaïdi has been on the stage since chilhood. After years of training, she made an impression at the 2008 Avignon Festival, playing the role of a young devout Muslim girl in "Confidences à Allah." She had her film debut in 2010 in the romantic drama "Flowers of Evil," earning praise for her portrayal of an Iranian exile. She followed that with a supporting role in the 2011 drama "L'oiseau" and appeared in the comedy "Les tribulations d'une caissière." Her ability to handle comedic parts eventually led to a starring role in the TV show "Workingirls" in 2012 and a supporting part in the feature "Les Kaïra."
