This season, contestants compete in teams in the ultimate David vs Goliath battle. In the first challenge, they must cook a dish which recognises their strengths.

Contestants must find a way to make an eggscellent dish using just one egg. Those that fail must scramble for their lives in the second round.

The remaining contestants need to correctly identify a selection of leafy greens and herbs. The worst performers must then utilise these ingredients to cook a dish that will save them from elimination.

Billie, Harry, Matt and Melanie face a pressure test. They are given four hours to recreate Josh Niland's tuna wellington with mashed potato and tuna gravy. The worst performer faces elimination.
