Ainsley is inspired by the tastes and delights of the seaside. He starts with a taste of Italy making crab and lemon linguine with pangrattato. He heads off on a seaside adventure with expert forager Alysia Vasey to find out what edible treats are growing on the shorelines, then uses some seaside herbs they forage in his zesty seafood kebabs with shaved courgette and fennel salad in his shoreside kitchen.

James' guests this time are Kelvin and Liz Fletcher to talk about their hit series `Fletchers' Family Farm', and he is also joined by forager Alysia Vasey and chefs Cyrus Todiwala and David Thompson.

James serves up some mouth-watering recipes for Kimberly Wyatt from The Pussycat Dolls and `Dancing On Ice'. Joining them at the house are chefs Paul Rankin and Matt Gillan and top forager Alysia Vasey.
