The city, bathed in summer morning light, comes to life. Café owners wipe down tables, birds drink from the puddles of last night's rain and clean air lifts the spirits of early morning commuters. It's sniper against sniper, rooftop to rooftop, brain against brain, as Ed and Parker try to get inside the head of a psychopath and use all their tactical brilliance to anticipate a murderer's next move. Team One, challenged to the extremes of their training, force the man into a final showdown. But as they save a city, one of their own pay the price...

A duo of armed hijackers force a passenger jet to land at the Toronto Airport. The kidnappers demand the release of a certain prisoner within half an hour or they'll start killing passengers. The clock is ticking for Team One to resolve the situation.
