Twelve chefs are split into teams on a remote island and must create three-course meals with no electricity; in round one, a venomous threat in the basket tests their nerve.

The remaining 11 chefs dig up their basket ingredients and must transform the mix of high-quality and low-quality items into five family-style dishes. One team rallies together, while the other begins to crack as individual agendas take over.

To locate their baskets, the chefs must navigate the dense jungle using only a compass, where every wrong turn costs valuable time. In round one, each chef is pushed to define their point of view.

For a high-risk challenge, the ten remaining chefs must dive into choppy waters to retrieve their basket ingredients. In the head-to-head elimination Gauntlet, a delicate protein meets unexpected flavours.

In a test of primitive skill, the remaining six chefs wade into the lagoon to secure their protein and must elevate their fresh catch using only what the island provides.

Risk and reward collide as the five chefs race into open water to retrieve their protein, with the most desirable ingredients far from shore.Strategy becomes as critical as culinary skill, but only the strongest dishes will earn a spot in the finale.
