Cecil Cheng

Actress Cecil Cheng appeared on the big screen many times over the course of her Hollywood career. Cheng started her acting career landing roles in such films as "The Brides of Fu Manchu" (1966), the Gregory Peck dramatic adaptation "The Chairman" (1969) and the Beau Bridges action picture "Silver Dream Racer" (1980). Her passion for acting continued to her roles in projects like the Sylvia Chang dramatic comedy "Soursweet" (1989), the action flick "The Fifth Element" (1997) with Bruce Willis and the thriller "Ashes to Ashes (Wayne Trotman)" (2003) with Wayne Trotman. Her work around this time also included a part on the TV movie "Alistair MacLean's Night Watch" (USA, 1995-96). She also appeared in the TV special "Shaolin: Wheel of Life" (PBS, 2001-02). She also landed a role in the miniseries "The Lost Empire" (2000-01). Cheng most recently worked on "Shaolin Soccer" (2004).
