Set in Canada, a group of ambitious amateur chefs will show what they stand for in the kitchen. In each episode, the participants compete in different culinary assignments and must give everything to impress the tough judges.

The cooks face their first Mystery Box Challenge, and face a meaty Elimination Challenge.

The remaining home cooks face a Team Challenge preparing a Caribbean wedding meal.
