Today's mystery box has been selected by MasterChef Australia champion Emelia Jackson. The top three dishes will receive an immunity pin that can be played at any time during an elimination trial.

Yotam Ottolenghi presents his favourite flavour bombs: narcotic oil, fenugreek marinade and chipotle peanuts. Each team has to make a meal with one of Yotam's flavour bombs.

Clare Smyth shows off the dish that inspired her choice of mystery box ingredients. Afterwards the contestants are tasked with using the provided ingredients in a sweet or savoury dish.

After the second round of the elimination test, superstar week begins with Nigella Lawson. In the first round, candidates guess the main ingredient of fifteen different biscuits. Those who achieve the maximum score are safe from elimination.

Participants show they can do more than just eat bread when they cook a dish interpreting one of the classic proverbs. For the hobby chef who fails, the cake is over.
