The Top 24 home cooks in Australia are welcomed to the kitchen by former MasterChef Australia champion Emelia Jackson, who reveals the ingredients for today's mystery box. Three of the best dishes will be awarded an immunity pin.

After the second round of the elimination test, superstar week begins with Nigella Lawson. In the first round, candidates guess the main ingredient of fifteen different biscuits. Those who achieve the maximum score are safe from elimination.

Each team has to prepare the same six dishes within the allotted time. Each participant in the team cooks one of the dishes and is judged against the same dish prepared by the other two teams.

Today's mystery box has been selected by MasterChef Australia champion Emelia Jackson. The top three dishes will receive an immunity pin that can be played at any time during an elimination trial.

The contestants arrive at 'URBNSURF', the home to Australia's first ever surf park in Melbourne, to then discover that they will be running Andy Allen's restaurant, 'Three Blue Ducks'.

Each of the contestants are free to choose the dish they feel most comfortable with, a sweet tart or a savoury tart, but Jock gives them a surprise by making them switching dishes.
