Drew Tarver

Drew Tarver was an actor and comedian who made a name for himself in film and television throughout the early 21st century. Born in Salt Lake City, UT, Tarver moved to Los Angeles in his early twenties to pursue a career in acting. He ended up taking classes at L.A.'s recently opened West Coast branch of the Upright Citizen's Brigade theater, where he learned about improv and sketch writing. Tarver made his onscreen debut in an episode of the short-lived veterinary sitcom, "Animal Practice" (NBC, 2012-). He was set to be a series regular on the spinoff series "How I Met Your Father," starring Greta Gerwig, but CBS passed on the pilot, and the project quickly died. Tarver found more success, however, with two projects on the newly launched Seeso network: the sketch comedy series "The UCB Show" (Seeso, 2016-2017), and the reality TV parody "Bajillion Dollar Propertie$" (Seeso, 2016-). Meanwhile, Tarver also landed some notable screen roles, co-starring in the family dramedy "Other People" (2016), and in comic Demetri Martin's directorial debut, "Dean" (2017).
