Eddie Garcia

Eddie Garcia was an actor who had a successful Hollywood career. In his early acting career, Garcia appeared in such films as "Ligaw Na Bulaklak" (1957), "Curse of the Vampires" (1970) and "Beast of Blood" (1970) with John Ashley. He also appeared in "Stardoom" (1972), "Black Mama, White Mama" (1972) with Pam Grier and the crime flick "Bamboo Gods and Iron Men" (1973) with James Iglehart. His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like "Aguuila" (1980) with Fernando Poe Jr., the fantasy "Moonwalker" (1988) with Michael Jackson and the action film "South Seas Massacre" (1989) with Troy Donahue. He also appeared in the Carlos Gomez musical "Dance to Win" (1989). Film continued to be his passion as he played roles in the comedy "Out to Sea" (1997) with Jack Lemmon, the comedy "Relax...It's Just Sex" (1999) with Mitchell Anderson and "Deathrow" (2001). He also appeared in the Takeshi Kitano action flick "Brother" (2001) and "The Debut" (2001). Garcia most recently appeared on the Roger Corman documentary "Machete Maidens Unleashed!" (2011).
