Hank and his brother are whisked away to Cuba by one of their patients, who needs them to prepare him for a clinical trial carried out by an attractive geneticist. Evan explores the island and finds a scooba-diving partner in the form of a Canadian tourist, but when there is a medical crisis, she turns to his sibling for help.
