Greg Beeman

Greg Beeman is a television director and producer who has worked on the comic-book-inspired shows "Smallville" and "Heroes." After attending the USC School of Cinematic Arts in Los Angeles, Beeman went on to direct the 1988 feature comedy "License to Drive," starring Corey Haim and Corey Feldman. However, he soon transitioned to television, helming episodes of "The Wonder Years" and "The Adventures of Brisco County Jr.," before longer runs on the military drama "JAG" and the cop series "Nash Bridges." In 2001, Beeman began directing episodes of "Smallville," and he signed on as a producer of the superhero series two years later. Departing "Smallville" as a producer in '06, but later returning as a director, Beeman went on to work extensively on the popular show "Heroes" in both capacities. During the course of his career, Beeman has also directed made-for-TV movies, notably the inspirational film "Miracle in Lane 2" and an adaptation of the popular Madeleine L'Engle children's novel "A Ring of Endless Light."
