A 10-year-old girl disappears with her father after her mother is killed, leading the SRU members to discover they were part of a witness protection programme. As they try to track the family down, they learn the child witnessed a triple murder years previously, but the people responsible for the crimes have finally found her and want her dead. Elsewhere, Parker is reunited with his estranged son.
