The judges and contestants swap places as Andy, Poh and Jean-Christophe don aprons, while the semi-finalists join the judging panel.

In the Time Auction challenge, each finalist bids on ingredients to cook with. The higher they bid, the less cooking time they'll have.

It is elimination day for the top four. The contestants must gamble on an ingredient to prepare either a sweet or savoury dish.

The top four compete for £10,000 in travel vouchers, each using a mystery ingredient inspired by the judges' personal travel adventures.

Previous winners Julie Goodwin and Nat Thaipun return to the kitchen for a two-round elimination to determine the top five.
