Jean-Christophe Novelli and Aldo Zilli have an audacious plan to visit Jean-Christophe's three-year old son in hospital, as he is in remission from cancer. Martin Offiah and Gavin Henson are trapped in a Manchester apartment as the Hunters close in. In Cornwall, Stanley Johnson and his partner Georgia Toffolo realise that the Hunters have cracked their boat-to-boat strategy, but a vintage Rolls-Royce getaway isn't much less conspicuous.

The four remaining celebrity fugitives are desperate to outwit the Hunters, as extraction is in three days' time. Gavin Henson persuades Martin Offiah to go to his home in Wales to replenish their supplies, but the Hunters are lying in wait. Chefs Jean-Christophe Novelli and Aldo Zilli are unaware their driver's phone has been tracked by HQ.

Eight celebrities are each paired with a professional chef who will mentor, teach and take them from passionate amateur to restaurant-level chefs.
