Jamie Oliver returns to present the contestants with two difficult challenges: a 15-minute meal and his mushroom and spinach rotolo.

Contestants must choose one of three ingredients that have inspired the judges during their childhood, including Andy's Vegemite, Mel's kumquats or Jock's panettone.

It's Grand Finale Day and whichever cook scores the most points across two rounds will lift the trophy aloft, claiming $250,000 in prize money and winning the title of MasterChef Australia 2023.

It's a race for the last spot in the immunity cook. There are four coloured cloches with secret flavour bombs left by Jamie Oliver, but they won't be revealed until 15 minutes into the task.

Four cooks vie for the chance to sit out Sunday's elimination. In the first round, contestants must produce a dish using the ingredients found in mentor Shannon Bennett's fridge.
