Elsewhere, Tony tries to introduce his therapist, Dr Melfi, to his `other' self.
While the power struggle in New York is in danger of getting out of hand, Tony has to deal with an escalating situation closer to home.
Tony does his best to steer clear of the New York turf struggle. Meanwhile, Little Carmine's camp is clandestinely courting Tony Blundetto. On the home front, Carmela throws a 75th birthday barbecue for her father, Hugh. Tony is not initially invited to the party, but Hugh insists that he be there. Carmela relents, and Tony attends the party. Later that evening, Tony and Carmela find themselves alone.
A rumour involving Tony's cousin jeopardises the boss's relationship with Johnny Sack. Meanwhile, Meadow helps her boyfriend, Finn, get a job, AJ ponders a `maximum-security summer' at Carmela's, Melfi links Tony's current guilt to a past job, and Carmela learns that good legal help is hard to find.
