The teams are challenged to identify a selection of foods by touch alone, with the winning team heading to posh restaurant Nobu as a reward. The show ends on a cliffhanger as Gordon challenges the remaining chefs to impress him with their signature dishes, with one successful contender gaining immunity from elimination.

With the grand finale just around the corner, the remaining chefs are challenged to replicate a sample dish using taste, texture and sight alone. The winner is rewarded with a $1,000 shopping spree before another taxing evening service begins.
