The fourteen new recruits face brutal conditions in Wales, the birthplace of the Special Forces. For their first task, the celebs must plunge into the freezing sea, swim to a rendezvous point and attempt to jump onto a moving speedboat.

Sorting the fact from the fiction this week are guests Lady Leshurr, Philippa Perry, Alan Titchmarsh and Mike Wozniak.

The recruits go head-to-head in a terrifying hang-tough task 160 feet above a quarry, testing mental and physical strength. Then, they take on a car ambush task where they must drive into a simulated war zone.

Trust is essential in the Special Forces and is a key component of being an SAS soldier. The celebrity recruits undertake an insertion task, where they must jump from a moving boat onto a passing helicopter, before climbing up into the cabin.

The next phase of training for the celebrities begins as the recruits are woken by explosions in the dorm and the trainers shouting at them to get out. They must dress quickly, before facing an emergency water drill on a sinking boat.

It's all about survival as the recruits do continuous circuits round a quarry. After taking emotional calls from home, they're dispatched on a brutal escape-and-evasion exercise.
