Jay & Gloria are preparing for Manny’s solo trip to Colombia to visit relatives. Jay is having to manage Gloria’s emotions and Manny’s nervousness about the trip. After a few pep talks, Jay manages to get Manny on the plane while avoiding a complete breakdown from Gloria, only to tear up himself when Manny leaves."

After she gets a lot of money out of him in tips, he realises that she is manipulating him and feels this is payback time for the way he has treated women in the past. Ted is still upset about Robin moving out and can't work out what to do with her old room.
