James welcomes former Wet Wet Wet star Marti Pellow to his home in the Hampshire countryside and tucks into some delicious recipes from chefs Alex Dilling, Sabrina Gidda and Levi Roots.

James whips up a rum and raisin knickerbocker glory and prawns in a gin and tonic batter for Levi Roots and Paul Foster, enjoys a recipe from chef Nick Nairn, and makes a dish of sea bass and pasta for Linda Robson.

James makes an apple cake while learning about heritage apple varieties from Sarah Simpson and enjoying authentic Caribbean cookery from Levi Roots. He then serves up Turkish-style meatballs for Simon Reeve and chefs Daniel Galmiche and Dipna Anand.

James returns to the kitchen and is joined by former `BBC Breakfast' host Louise Minchin, chefs Levi Roots and Atul Kochhar, and forager Alysia Vasey, who is celebrating British fruit.

James is joined at the house by singer Louise Redknapp, there'll be recipes from Levi Roots and chef Monica Galetti, and master mixologist Merlin Griffiths will be serving up some delicious summer cocktails.
