The members of Team One are trapped when two bombs go off at the same time. As their colleagues race to get them and the trapped civilians out, Spike finds that third and far more dangerous bomb set to explode.

Team One pursues the man who shot their Team Leader several times while under the intense scrutiny of Dr Toth who is ready to break up the team. Meanwhile, Ed refuses treatment to be by his wife who is having a difficult labour.

Parker loses control of the team's annual evaluation and has to hand them over to a military psychologist, notorious for splitting up squads. Sam and Julianna's past relationship is exposed and condemned, Spike and Wordy face life without the SRU, and Ed's wife goes into labour.

At his dismissal hearing, Duncan reveals new incriminating evidence against Andy. Later, Oliver considers making a deal.
