When a nurse is found with her throat slashed and slumped over in her shower, Grissom is unsettled by the victim's uncanny resemblance to Sara. A second body is found in a neighbourhood bin and seems to suggest that the killer is a doctor.

Kelly gets out of rehab and moves back into the beach house; Valerie bails Colin out of jail; the gang tries to rekindle romance for Nat and a former flame.

Steve turns 21 and allows his younger brothers to drink; Tara stays at the beach house; Colin and Kelly clash.
