Colonel Harvey, a travelling salesman, arrives at Mayberry and captivates Aunt Bee, who buys Harvey's dubious elixir and invites him for dinner. When Andy and Barney find Aunt Bee clearly drunk, they analyse Harvey's elixir.

Aunt Bee organises a protest to keep Mr Frisby, the local egg farmer, from getting evicted because of a motorway project. However, unbeknownst to her, Mr Frisby is hiding a big secret.
