Ben Shephard hosts as wine expert Olly Smith, comedian Jo Brand, and TV personality Vicky Pattison put their wits to the test in the hope of winning 20,000 pounds for charity.

Alexandra Burke joins Ainsley while he makes her a traditional fisherman's pie, while Olly Smith looks into beers, with some great accompaniments for any kind of pie. Then finally, Ainsley puts his twist on a classic with his lemon and coconut meringue pie.

Bake Off star Briony Williams wows with her towering treat, a miso caramel and pear chocolate layer cake. Superstar, actor, singer and legend John Barrowman entertains, whilst Ainsley shows him how to make the French classic palmiers two ways - savoury and sweet.
