In a `Wizard of Oz' homage, JD is trying to go home, Turk searches for a heart donor and Carla worries that she doesn't have the courage to become a parent.

JD asks Dr Cox for lunch but runs into annoying former patient Jill Tracy, who unexpectedly teaches him something about responsibility. Elsewhere, Elliot and Carla discover that Todd's been lying about all his hospital `conquests'.

Turk takes an extra shift at the hospital hoping to get more time off for his honeymoon, but a patient's complications keep him there longer than he intended.

JD and Kim start contemplating about their future and their baby's future, and Turk rushes Carla to the hospital after she goes into labour.
