Robert Fortier

Actor Robert Fortier appeared in a variety of films over the course of his Hollywood career. Fortier's career began by acting in comedies like "The Girl Rush" (1955) with Rosalind Russell. He had a part on the television special "Lady in the Dark" (NBC, 1954-55). He worked in television in his early acting career as well, including a part on "Full Circle" (CBS, 1959-1961). His passion for acting continued to his roles in projects like the William Shatner horror film "Incubus" (1965), "Three Women" (1977) and the Carol Burnett drama "A Wedding" (1978). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Star Trek" (NBC, 1966-69). In the eighties, Fortier lent his talents to projects like "Popeye" with Robin Williams (1980), "The Devil at Your Heels" with Gordon Pinsent (1981) and "Routes A Suivre" with Pierre Nadeau (1985). His credits also expanded to "O.C. & Stiggs" (1987) starring Daniel H Jenkins. Fortier more recently directed "The Ticket Back" (1991).
