Robert Levine

Robert Levine was a big screen film actor known for powerful performances. Levine kickstarted his acting career in various films such as the Sandy Dennis dramatic adaptation "Up the Down Staircase" (1967), the Robert Redford comedy "The Hot Rock" (1972) and the Sean Connery thriller "The Next Man" (1976). He also appeared in the adaptation "All That Jazz" (1979) with Roy Scheider, the drama "Dominick and Eugene" (1988) with Ray Liotta and the comedy sequel "Arthur 2 On The Rocks" (1988) with Dudley Moore. He kept working in film throughout the eighties and the nineties, starring in "See You in the Morning" (1989) with Jeff Bridges, "Mr. & Mrs. Bridge" (1990) with Paul Newman and "Love Affair" (1994) with Warren Beatty. He also appeared in the drama "Bleeding Hearts" (1996) with Mark Evan Jacobs. In his more recent career, he tackled roles in the drama "Arresting Gena" (1998) with Aesha Waks, "Went to Coney Island on a Mission From God...Be Back by Five" (2000) and the Kirk Cameron action picture "Left Behind: the Movie" (2001). He also appeared in "Casanova" (2005). He also worked in television during these years, including a part on "Law & Order: Special Victims Unit" (NBC, 1999-). Levine most recently appeared in "Hemlock Grove" (2012-).
