Shanaze Reade

Shanaze Danielle Reade is a British former bicycle motocross racer and track cyclist whose prime competitive years began in 2002. She has won the UCI BMX World Championships three times. Reade is the daughter of a Jamaican father and an Irish mother.

The celebs do pair work as they descend 100 feet down a rock face, force march and carry a 40kg fuel drum over rough terrain. By the end of all this, some will be heading home.

Only five celeb recruits remain and they're about to be sent on the run on an escape and evasion mission. To break them down physically and mentally before this final stage, the Directing Staff (DS) push the recruits hard with two gruelling tasks.

The last five recruits are on the run from a specialist hunter force who are trying to track and capture them. If captured, the recruits will face the most psychologically demanding of all the phases, interrogation.
