Actress Suleka Mathew was most commonly known for her roles in television dramas. Her acting career began with roles in the series "Stargate SG-1" (1998), "Secret Agent Man" (UPN, 2000) and "Dark Angel" (Fox, 2000-02). She also appeared in "The Dead Zone" (USA, 2002-07). She also appeared in the TV movie "In the Name of the People" (CBS, 1999-2000). During the early stages of her acting career, Mathew worked in films like "Life or Something Like It" (2002) with Angelina Jolie. Several more television roles followed in the early 2000s, including stints on "NCIS" (CBS, 2003-). In the early 2000s, she acted in the Bruce Greenwood romantic comedy "The Republic of Love" (2004) and the Jimi Mistry comedy "Touch of Pink" (2004). She also worked in television around this time, including a part on "NCIS" (CBS, 2003-). More recently, she tackled roles on "HawthoRNe" (2009-2011), "SGU: Stargate Universe" (Syfy, 2009-2011) and "How To Get Away With Murder" (ABC, 2014-).
