As Lucille begins an affair with George Sr.'s twin brother, Oscar, the Mexican police arrest George Sr. after they mistake him for Oscar, who's wanted on marijuana charges.

When a good-looking young anchor from a rival network asks Kelly out on a date, Chuck jumps to the conclusion that the anchor is only trying to steal Kelly from the station; that he couldn't possibly be serious about her. Kelly is none too impressed.

When the FBI's witness protection database is suddenly terribly compromised witnesses are all contacted and blackmailed. Meanwhile, Gabriel, Lillian and Riley decide to go to San Francisco.
