Sabrina's cousin Shelley is hired to babysit Hope when Jimmy returns to work. Meanwhile, Burt urges Virginia to quit smoking.

Jimmy teaches Hope to crawl and so the family must baby-proof the house. Meanwhile, Virginia is outed as a junk-saving hoarder and Jimmy makes frequent unnecessary trips to the grocery store to see Sabrina.

Jimmy realises that he doesn't own any family photos that include Hope and decides to organise a group photoshoot.

The family participates in a 1K walk and Virginia and Burt feel the effects of aging. Jimmy has a difficult time supporting Sabrina when she gets into a fight with her ex-boyfriend.

When Hope catches a cold, Virginia goes into panic mode because the family doesn't have health insurance. She resolves to lock Maw Maw in her bedroom to avoid getting sick.

Jimmy vows to never let Hope go without when he learns that his dad used to sell toys for profit rather than giving them to his son.
