After Giovanni goes home, Michelle and Elise continue their heated fight over Michelle nominating Elise to cook for her life. The chefs compete in a game meat challenge, where Robyn clinches a victory for the blue team with her elk dish. The blue team enjoys caviar at the Hummingbird Nest Ranch, while the red team cleans the dorms. In service that night, Michelle sends up raw chicken, Barbie sends up raw duck and Manda sends up raw pork. The teams must decide who to nominate.

World-renowned chef Gordon Ramsay puts a group of aspiring chefs through a series of tough challenges. Today, the chefs are faced with a selection of exotic protein foods and have to try to grab what they want to use for their dish - they include alligator, wild boar and ostrich. The winners today are off to the spa while the losers must drink a milkshake prepared using the leftovers from the challenge.

The chefs step up to compete one-on-one in an ingredient game show, where contestants who win can either choose the fate of that ingredient or sabotage the other team; chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo join Gordon in the dining room.
