The Top 24 home cooks in Australia are welcomed to the kitchen by former MasterChef Australia champion Emelia Jackson, who reveals the ingredients for today's mystery box. Three of the best dishes will be awarded an immunity pin.

After the second round of the elimination test, superstar week begins with Nigella Lawson. In the first round, candidates guess the main ingredient of fifteen different biscuits. Those who achieve the maximum score are safe from elimination.

Today's mystery box has been selected by MasterChef Australia champion Emelia Jackson. The top three dishes will receive an immunity pin that can be played at any time during an elimination trial.

The contestants arrive at 'URBNSURF', the home to Australia's first ever surf park in Melbourne, to then discover that they will be running Andy Allen's restaurant, 'Three Blue Ducks'.

In the course of this week, eleven participants will return who had already been eliminated from the competition. They get two chances to get back into the competition.

Contestants are tasked with cooking a sweet pressure test recipe of their own design. Darren Purchese runs the floor and mentors the contestants, as the judges do a blind tasting of each dish.
