Asteroid in Love

Mira Kinohata enters high school and joins the earth sciences club, which is a merging of the astronomy and geology clubs. She reunites with her childhood friend Ao.

The club host a riverside barbecue to welcome their new students. Ao suggests that Mira turn her newsletter article into a manga.

Mira and Ao must take make-up exams, and hold a study session at Mira's house where Suzu and Misa join them. Then, Ao and Mira work at Suzu's bakery part-time.

The students visit the Geological Museum, JAXA, and more. Sakura becomes strangely excited looking at the different minerals and fossils, while Ino gets excited looking at her.

A jealous Suzu challenges Ao for the right to be Mira's best friend; Mira and Mikage Sakurai go to a mineral show; members of the newspaper club help the girls decide on their contribution for the culture festival.

Mikage and Mai dig into the school grounds for a sample to show at the school festival; the club hosts a festival cafe; an announcement changes the future of the club.
