It’s Halloween and everyone in Pontypandy is looking forward to the big party that’s taking place at the Floods’ house.

Norman hatches a Halloween trick-or-treating plan to collect every sweet in Pontypandy. Meanwhile, Elvis is trying to get the hang of apple bobbing.

Toby is travelling through the Whistling Woods. After hearing lots of strange noises, he is frightened and reverses quickly out of the woods where he meets Thomas and James. Toby’s friends take him through the woods explaining each noise as they go. Suddenly the noises aren’t scary at all and Toby is at last happy in the Whistling Woods!

On the Island of Sodor, fog is beginning to swirl in to Brendam Docks. Percy is listening to one of Salty’s tales about the Monster of Brendam, who comes out when the fog rolls in. Percy is wide-eyed but Cranky thinks it is all nonsense. Percy sets off to find the Monster and prove Cranky wrong!

Going off to investigate a strange noise, Mike leaves a scared Squirt alone. But Mike soon discovers that even he is a little frightened when all on his own too… Luckily, there’s a musical answer to calm everyone’s fears!

Thomas is having a fun time with his special lemonade delivery. He is enjoying the funny popping sounds coming from his flatbed and travels along all the bumpy tracks to hear them again and again. What Thomas doesn’t know is that the corks are popping off the lemonade bottles he is due to deliver to the children’s party!
