Ina prepares a feast to eat harbour side on a friend's boat. She's serving rum daiquiris with roasted aubergine dip and a roasted shrimp and orzo salad, finished off with a show-stopping coconut cake.

Miguel is documenting Ina's garden through the changing seasons on film. In return for the pictures, Ina makes him a mouthwatering lunch comprising of lemon fusilli with arugula and panacotta with balsamic strawberries.
Just when Jeffrey thought his birthday surprise was a romantic walk along the beach, Ina has other plans - a beach barbecue with his closest friends. On the birthday menu is a grilled butterflied chicken served with broccoli and tomato kebabs. Instead of a birthday cake, Ina creates an elegant mixed berry pavlova.
It's a pre-party tasting and planning meeting for the son of Ina's friend's rehearsal dinner. There's tarragon potato salad, chunky blue cheese dressing, vegetable coleslaw and guacamole to pair up with local takeaway specialties.
