Captain Pugwash

The Black Pig’s most gullible crew member, Willy, accidentally buys a sheep for a pet, when all he wants is a dog. Meanwhile, Captain Pugwash infuriates Cut-throat Jake by taking some of his treasure and trouble and mayhem ensues / An ominous character carrying a bell turns up and warns Captain Pugwash and the Black Pig crew that there is a plague in Portobello. How will the pirates survive? Willy thinks up a plan but it is clever cabin boy Tom who smells a rat and goes investigating.

Captain Pugwash and Cut-throat Jake race around Cutlass Island for a hundred doubloon prize. Jake tries to shorten the odds in his favour but Tom moves the goal posts. The Governor is most impressed by the performance of the Black Pig while Cut-throat Jake is left in the slow lane. / Health and fitness keep the crew of the Black Pig on their toes until Mystic Myfanwy takes Captain Pugwash for a ride. Tom quickly realises Cut-throat Jake is behind it all, while Jonah dabbles in a bit of hypnotherapy.

Donna Bonanza outrages Captain Pugwash when she demands 'contributions'. The Captain has a plan to recover the treasure from the San Fandango but Cut-throat Jake has beaten him to it. Confusion reigns with four chests, two sets of drawers and one set of treasure in play. / The crew of the Black Pig cannot believe someone has stolen their beloved ship. When Tom spots Cut-throat Jake sailing it out of the harbour, Captain Pugwash takes the Flying Dustman as retribution. Jake's fortunes are further reversed when Tom thinks up a scheme involving two identical maps.

Smuggling is a severe offence, but Jeremiah Rook knows how to thwart the new chocolate tax. Captain Pugwash has collected the illegal contraband and is shocked when soldiers arrive to arrest him. Tom thinks of a way to use these illegal goods to repel Cut-throat Jake. / Opera diva Donna Bonanza loses her cat, Franco. The fat feline has been kidnapped by Cut-throat Jake. Captain Pugwash and his crew go on a wild moggy chase when a reward is announced. Operatic capers end up with two cats and a diamond collar safely restored to their owners with a free aria from Donna Bonanza.

Cut-throat Jake steals the Pandemonian rare bird collection. When Pedro the Parrot escapes to the Black Pig, Captain Pugwash finds out about a "goldmine" which is not what it seems. Will the crew of the Black Pig have a new pet to keep or will the King of Pandemonia want to reclaim his bird? / The Governor offers a prize of two hundred doubloons to the best portrait artist in Portobello. Captain Pugwash decides painting can be rewarding and takes lessons from Boris Roubles. Cut-throat Jake takes the easier option and perpetrates an art fraud, but Tom and Toni find out and save the day.
