Marc tries to teach discipline in the kitchen. The search is on to find the in-house thief. An influential food writer comes in for a meal. And, after a night on the town, Marc and Biana are unimpressed with the team's hangover performance.

After five weeks, Marc and Biana expected the drama to die down...But it's getting worse. Tardiness and absenteeism are rife in the restaurant. Rumors fly that someone will be cut from the team.
