Countdown to Surrender - The Last 100 Days

On January 28, 1945, the war reaches a climax on German soil, sparking the beginning of 100 days of horror that claims more lives than all the years of war.

After Cologne falls to the Allies, US troops occupy the last bridge over the Rhine in Remagen, and Stalin orders plans for his offensive on Berlin to begin.

In April 1945, the Red Army starts its Berlin offensive as the generals show their willingness for heavy losses. On the Western Front, the first concentration camps have been liberated by British and American forces.
