Thirty young street dancers from Bristol aim for gold at the world championship hip hop dance competition as they emabrk upon the challenge of their lives. The dancers must juggle gruelling training sessions with their everyday lives.

With the national championships drawing closer, Charlie is pushing his two teams hard. With their hip hop routines almost nailed, the real work begins. But as Charlie rehearses with his teams, the pressure increases and injuries start to flare up.

Following a serious injury, Charlie must persuade one of his old dancers out of retirement. But, with one team member already out, Charlie is left wondering if he has any hope of doing the double this year. New boy Brad is still struggling to impress, and without his best mate Sam everyone is worried about whether he can deliver on stage. The two groups finally make it to the championships, but nerves and adrenaline are both running high, and the dancers are under more pressure than ever before.

It's the nationals. Becky has some big decisions to make, LD and Stadds battle injury, and Sam wants back in.

Jada has a big meet in London and Charlie picks his best team for America. But there's a shock around the corner that threatens to bring everyone's dreams crashing down.
