Evicted

With rent prices soaring during a cost-of-living crisis, and evictions from private rental property being the biggest cause of homelessness in the UK, this series follows eight young people as they deal with eviction. Sales manager Thai is informed that her rent for a bedsit will increase by two-thirds, while Danielle receives no-fault eviction notice, something which the government pledged to ban in 2019. With limited options and finances, follow the young renters as they fight to avoid homelessness.
