Oman: Desert Canyon

Steve tackles scorching heat as he leads an expedition to the mountains of Oman. Once there, he plans to make a dangerous descent down 400 metres to the bottom of the deepest canyon in the country.

Arctic: Frozen Frontier

Steve Backshall is on a mission to explore the Arctic at the most volatile and dangerous time of year: the spring melt. Paddling through ever shifting sea ice, they will have to be on constant alert for vast icebergs and hungry polar bears.
