In a world where everyone past the age of 18 develops a superpower, 25-year-old Jen tries to make her way in world whilst still powerless. After a disastrous job interview, Jen distracts herself.

Carrie and Kash come up with a genius solution to stimulate Jen into getting her power: stress. When an extra spicy meal doesn't do the trick, they are forced to escalate.

Kash sends a semi-feral Jizzlord on an errand to buy tampons while he assembles his vigilante group. Jizzlord is excited to interact with the world in human form, but is quickly overwhelmed.

Procrastinating over the pursuit of her superpower, Jen throws herself into discovering who Jizzlord was before he became stuck as a cat. An appointment with the vet reveals that Jizzlord has a peculiar set of powers.

Jen is dragged along to her alma mater for Andy's school prizegiving ceremony, where Andy is receiving the top prize. Carrie has also been invited to give a speech as a successful alumnus.

Jen decides to return to the power clinic for a free consultation. While completing a pile of forms, she meets Hannah, another powerless person.
