Ferne's 30th birthday is around the corner, and despite one of the builders catching her eye, Ferne's had a spiritual awakening: she has realised she wants to focus less on men, and more on finding her zen.

There are toys, tears, and tantrums as Ferne and Sunday go head-to-head in a battle of wills over who rules the roost in the McCann household. It's not who you would think.

Ferne's diary is packed with work project so to help manage her chaotic schedule she's on the hunt for a team to help her organise her life, in the form of a PA and a nanny. Ferne isn't only living life in the fast lane when it comes to work, but also her love life as she goes on a date with the mysterious Mr C.

Life is action-packed as always in the McCann household, as Ferne tries to juggle a hectic workload with being a mum to Sunday and a bit of me time. As she prepares for her most risque shoot yet, her new team is on hand to help organise things, so there's time to work hard and play hard. After a successful shoot, Ferne heads off into the Kent countryside for a spot of glamping with Sunday and her besties, then helps Grandad to fulfil a lifelong dream as they take to the skies in a glider plane.

Things in the McCann household have changed a lot during lockdown. Ferne fell head over heels in love with Jack, so much so, he moved in with her and Sunday, but for some, the change has not been quite so smooth. Daughter Sunday is not so sure that a new man in her life is for her and Ferne is concerned that she is drifting apart from besties Carl and Ellis. Close friend and business partner Danni drops in for a workout and some words of advice.

Ferne worries she's losing touch with her friends and hits the swimming pool with Arg before meeting up with Danni for baby Orla's first birthday. Ferne's patience is tested by her daughter Sunday during a baking session, and Ferne questions her relationship with Jack before having an awakening through Kambo Frog treatment.
