Former England cricketer Freddie Flintoff prepares to ditch the cricket pitch for the boxing ring. While injuries may have forced Flintoff to retire from cricket at the age of 33, they will not stop him from embarking on his toughest challenge to date as he sets out to become a professional boxer. The series follows the cricketer as he works with former boxer Barry McGuigan to train for a boxing match in front of thousands of spectators at the Manchester Arena, in what could be Flintoff's final chance to get back into professional sports. McGuigan and his son, boxing trainer Shane, have four months to train Flintoff for his heavyweight fight against a credible professional boxer.
