Paul Martin and experts Kate Bliss and David Fletcher appraise antiques at the Assembly Rooms in Warminster. Paul visits the American Museum near Bath to find out about Shaker furniture and the legacy of an extraordinary woman from the 18th century.

Coming from the centre of historic Oxford, the venue is the magnificent Sheldonian Theatre still used today for lectures and music recitals. Presenter Paul Martin is joined by antique experts Tracy Martin and Charlie Ross. Paul and Charlie get very enthusiastic about an arts and crafts ale jug and Tracy finds a very unusual gold scarab. Paul visits the drawing and print room at The Ashmolean Museum.

Paul Martin and experts Mark Stacey and David Fletcher lead a team of valuers hoping to find some gems amongst the items brought in to the Dorford Centre in Dorchester. A carved cane brought in by Lillian is a real hit with Mark, but will the bidders in the saleroom feel the same? Paul takes some time out to discover the lesser-known side of one of Dorset's more well-known residents, Lawrence of Arabia.

The team visit Ashbourne in Derbyshire. Presenter Paul Martin is joined by a team of antiques experts, led by Will Axon and Michael Baggot. Michael spots one of the largest pieces of Moorcroft he has ever seen and Paul takes time out to enjoy some dry fly fishing on the River Wye.

Paul Martin and the team head to Richmond in Yorkshire. James Lewis and Adam Partridge are the experts on hand ready to value an assortment of items including an exquisite tea pot and a statuesque bronze figure. Paul Martin also takes a look around the town's Georgian theatre, one of the most intact of its kind in the world.

In the magnificent Truro Cathedral, Paul Martin and experts David Barby and David Fletcher lead a team of valuers hoping to find the very best items to take to auction. It is a busy day and hundreds of hopeful people have turned up in the hope that they will be one of the chosen ones. Paul takes a break from the valuations to discover the beautiful Minack Theatre, built almost single-handedly by one woman on the Cornish coast.
