Teacher Yazz and landscape gardener Mark have sold up in London and moved back to Devon, where Mark grew up. With the proceeds from the sale of their house, they've bought a large but run-down farmhouse that they plan to really put their stamp on.

In Devon, Alice and Shammy set their sights on renovating a a former Christian Gospel Hall. In order to boost their finances to help fund the restoration, they take on a job transforming a Grade II listed, 15th-century inn into a luxury holiday home.
