In Songkran festival, Prach investigates a reported brawl that turns out to be a mysterious murder case. His suspicions deepen when a suspicious agency seizes his crucial information and forbids him from disclosing the matter. Yutthasak, recognizing Prach's investigative skills, invites him to join the mission. Meanwhile, Run, a special suppression police officer, responds to a fight and notices abnormalities in a hostage, leading to a struggle where she gets injured. Arisara intervenes, controls the area, and takes Run for a health check, where she discovers something unusual at the quarantine center.

Prach and Run seek the truth about the infected and the drug NEXT from Yutthasak, but the information is insufficient. Yutthasak asks them to help find the source and stop the disease. Run, worried about her father, moves, only to find the NEXT drug source linked to her new home. She and Prach pose as newlyweds to investigate. Later, Top, a close colleague, confesses he was wounded fighting the infected. Run takes him to a center for testing, but Top's true motive is to expose the center's cover-up, leading to the rapid spread of information about the infected.

Run loses Top at quarantine center. She agrees to investigate a condo to find the culprit behind the infected, in exchange for becoming the condo owner. Prach joins her, and they pose as a fake married couple for their investigation. Moving into the condo, they meet various residents including the condo manager, her husband, a lawyer and his wife, a beautiful woman and her gay best friend, a grandmother and his grandfather, a beauty clinic owner and her boyfriend, a mother and daughter, a freelance trainer, the condo maid, a security guard, a mini-mart employee, and Dr. Beam, seniors from her former school, making Prach jealous. Prach and Run observe everyone's behavior to identify the source of the drug. Simultaneously, a report of an incident at a pub sends Prach and Kai on a mission.

Prach and Run discover that their colleague, Kai, and Hack have been infected with the 'Clanger' virus. Dr. Beam intervenes to save Run and Yayee from the infected Hack, revealing Hack as the sourceof the spread. The virus situation worsens, leading Yutthasak to blockade THE BREATHE condo to contain the outbreak and pressure those responsible. Rangrong, Tatthep's secretary, is among those trapped. Hack tries to escape with mysterious help. Yayee is left with Prach and Run after her mother is bitten. Noi, the condo manager, takes charge. Prach and Run, aided by Dr. Beam, start investigating the NEXT drug. Yutthasak continues researching an antidote from Run's blood, as she is his best hope to save his wife.

After Yutthasak announced a quarantine at THE BREATH condo to prevent the spread of infection, the number of mad people increased, preventing officials from delivering survival bags, leading to a food shortage among residents. Yoshi posted to find volunteers to retrieve food from the minimart, offering a reward. Por volunteered for the reward, and Jee volunteered to create content. Prach, Run, and Dr. Beam also volunteered to go out and survey the surrounding area. However, due to the residents' selfishness, the volunteers could not easily re-enter the condo, and the supplies were not shared equally. Run and Prach must now deal with the division among the residents.

Prach is pressured by Yutthasak to quickly find the person responsible for releasing the NEXT drug, as Yutthasak might not be able to control the mad person disease. Even though Run and Prach found some evidence left by Hack, they still haven't found anyone in the condo connected to Hack. Meanwhile, Dr. Beam was injured by a mysterious man who secretly sneaked into the condo to release the drug. Prach told Dr. Beam an unrevealed secret, despite having previously suspected Dr. Beam of being involved. Jee's clip, which was posted publicly, cannot be controlled because people keep trying to upload it. Therefore, Yutthasak decided to escalate the control measures by ordering the disconnection of all residents' phone and internet signals in the condo.
