In the hopes of inspiring people to experience the great unknown, world-renowned explorer Riaan Manser takes celebrities on extraordinary adventures throughout Africa.
EPISODE 1
The Surfing Midwife
Riaan meets up with Jeffreys Bay's surfing midwife, Margreet, and takes her out to experience something completely different: a free fall from 10,000 feet above the ground.
EPISODE 2
Trekking Tugela
Riaan meets mountain guide Adrian for afternoon fly fishing and then head up the Amphitheater to Africa's highest peak.
EPISODE 3
Oceans and Rivers
Riaan meets up with Wanita to snorkel with seals. They also descend into the icy waters of the Atlantic to swim with great white sharks.
EPISODE 4
Catch of the Day
Riaan meets up with Cape Town chef Reuben to do some deep-sea fishing. Heading out to Cape Point, a great spot for yellow fin tuna and Dorado. Next is aerobics instructor Simone, who joins him for a day on the Orange River to do a bit of fly-fishing.
EPISODE 5
Into the Ravine
Riann meets up with Greg to do something most 20 year olds would consider extreme, canyoning through the Storms River. Once in the canyon the only way through is to jump off cliffs, scale rock faces and swim in frigid water to the other side.
EPISODE 6
Red Dunes
Riaan meets Andre and they head out to the Kalahari outback to take on the sand dunes and salt pans in Andre's customized 4x4. The harsh terrain takes its toll on the vehicles.
